okay so i was at Motaku 2011 last week...i was dressed up like Chii from the anime Chobits...and EVERY time i passed these Pichu's they would say CHII CHII CHII in high pitched voice...but thats not the creepy part when i went down to the lobby of the hotel where it was at me and one of my friends(other was in hotel room tryin to sleep) anyways i was getting more money from my mom b4 she left to go home anyways ther was a kaito coming from behind me but i had NO CLUE HE WAS BEHIND ME!! anyways he whisperd in my ear CHII then PANTIES PANTIES PANTIES....I FREAKED OUT!!! then he told my MOM!
